Dr. Ratchathorn Panchaprateep

Associated professor at Division of Dermatology, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand.

She is a board-certified dermatologist and PhD in dermatology from Division of dermatology, Chulalongkorn University. Her PhD research is focused on hair follicle stem cells and hair transplantation regeneration. Then, she completed her clinical fellowship in dermatologic surgery at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, and Dermatology, laser and vein specialists of the Carolinas, Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. She also completed a fellowship in hair restoration surgery from DHT clinic (ISHRS) and hair and nail disorders from the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery, Miami, Florida, United States. She also received diplomatic American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery in 2013.

It is a great honor that she received the “Platinum Follicle Award” (the highest award in the field of hair restoration) from ISHRS in 2019. She is the youngest Asian female doctor that receive this award.
