Autologous Micrografting Technology®(Rigenera Activa)
is an innovative, simple and effective regenerative method, capable
of obtaining Autologous Micro-grafts using Rigenera technology.
AMT ® protocols are based on stimulating self – regeneration by activating native progenitor
cells located in the homologous tissues, through a simple process, without risks to the
patient and great therapeutic potential. In a single session, the patient is a donor and recipient of
autologous micrografts, allowing the recipient area to benefit from the regenerative activity of the
progenitor cells and growth factors extracted from the donor site.
The technique is based on clinical studies that show there is a high concentration
of the cells obtained in solid tissues. Through a calibrated mechanical process and filtering,
cells and other precursor elements are concentrated. With this combination your
surgeries will be a total success.
WHY TO USE AMT® WITH HAIR TRANSPLANT
The injection of AMT solution has extraordinary advantages, such as the ability to nourish the patient’s
hair follicles by increasing vascularisation of the area and reduce apoptosis of damaged follicles.
Moreover, AMT-solution could be used as a storage buffer enhancing graft survival, by protecting
from ROS-induced reperfusion. The commercial conservation buffers commonly used contain nutrients,
antioxidants, cryoprotectants, and osmotic regulators to guarantee the correct preservation of the cells
before they are re-implanted. The AMT-RegeneraActiva solution has demonstrated to share
properties with these commercial buffers. Its efficiency is assured thanks to the pH achieved, the
nutrients, protectors, and osmotic regulators that our solution contains. All of this promotes
healthier hair growth and a faster growth of the implanted grafts.
After being harvested, the grafts are stored for a few hours in our nutrient solution before being
re-implanted. All of this, without the extra manipulation that can be implied in the same process
using a different storage solution. The containers are placed on special plates, which ensure a
constant cold temperature. This technique is also called ice grafts and ensures that the cells do not
decay while the grafts are stored. Due to our special solution the grafts receive additional nutrients
and growth factors, which stimulate the future growth process of the cells, reducing the risk of graft
necrosis after the hair transplant. Moreover, the environment of the hair follicle cells remains intact,
increasing the graft survival. Thanks to this combination, the hair roots remain fresh and full of vitality.

ADIPECON® DISPOSABLE
One of the significant challenges during a Hair Transplant surgery, as it is a long-time procedure, is
maintaining graft survival during the whole process. This may be compromised because of two
main factors: Storage lesions & Ischemia-Reperfusion lesions.
As shown, the AMT solution perfectly opposes the previous disadvantages using it as a
Storage Buffer and as an injection treatment for the receptor zone.
Until now, the device used in dermatological treatments was the Rigeneracons, a class ll sterile and
disposable medical device able to disaggregate any biological tissue into viable micrografts.
This device can disaggregate a maximum of 5 punches at the same time, and the volume obtained is 1.5
ml, making the obtention of the total volume needed for this practice harder as many runs are needed.
In order to improve the surgical technique in terms of graft quality and commodity, our new launch is the Adipecon.
The Adipecon works the same way as the Rigeneracons, but it has been specially designed for the
combination of HT with AMT. The technical improvements in comparison with the Rigeneracons device are:
 • Has a bigger grid surface that can hold up to 20 skin biopsies for disaggregation.
 • The volume of the AMT solution obtained increases to 16 ml.
The hair follicles are processed with the Adipecon to obtain the AMT solution and, thanks to its
greater punch disaggregation capacity per run and the high volume of AMT solution obtained (16 ml),
is enough to reach the total AMT solution needed to be used in two different ways in one single
disaggregation time: as storage buffer and to inject into the scalp.
