1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Absolute Hair Clinic, we prioritize providing high-quality care and maintaining an efficient schedule for all patients.
***No Refund Policy***:
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is made. By paying the deposit, the patient acknowledges and accepts that the amount will not be returned upon cancellation.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of the full deposit.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Patients are permitted to reschedule their procedure under the following conditions:
Rescheduling Allowance:
You may reschedule your procedure up to two (2) times within a one-year period from the original deposit date.
The per-graft price may be subject to change based on the rates applicable at the time of the new procedure date.
Notice Period & Fees:
Free Rescheduling: No additional fee if requested at least 30 days prior to the procedure date.
Late Rescheduling Fee: A fee of $200 USD (or 7,000 THB) will be charged for rescheduling requests made 15–29 days prior to the procedure.
No Rescheduling (Short Notice):
Requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled procedure will be treated as a cancellation. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future date.
Emergency Exceptions:
For emergencies (e.g., severe medical issues or major travel disruptions), a deposit rollover to a new date may be considered at the clinic’s discretion. Valid supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate or official flight cancellation notice, is required for review.
