Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Absolute Hair Clinic, we aim to balance flexibility for our patients with efficient scheduling.

The following refund terms apply:

-50% Refund:
Deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation is requested at least 15 days prior to the scheduled procedure date.

-No Refund:
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 14 days before the procedure.

-No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the full deposit being forfeited.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected changes can occur. Rescheduling is allowed under the following terms:

1. Free Rescheduling:

You may reschedule at no additional cost if the request is made at least 30 days before the procedure date.

2. Late Rescheduling Fee:

-A fee of $200 (or 7,000 Baht) will be charged for rescheduling requests made 15–29 days prior to the procedure.

-Rescheduling is allowed once within a 1-year period, and the per-graft price may be subject to change.

• -Reschedule more than one time, a new deposit rollover of $1000 USD or 35,000 Baht to a new date is applied and fee of $200 USD (or 7,000 Baht) will be charged for rescheduling requests

3. No Rescheduling:

Requests made less than 14 days before the procedure will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

 

4. Emergency Exceptions:

For emergencies (e.g., medical issues or travel disruptions), a deposit rollover of 35,000 Baht to a new date may be considered. Supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate or flight cancellation notice, is required for review.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving a valid cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
